10 Pieces:
Recommended for slight increase in thickness, or subtle highlights
20 Pieces:
Add a little more volume to your current tape extensions, or to fill out shorter layers around the face. Not sufficient for a full head of tapes.
40 Pieces:
Ideal for those who want natural, everyday length & volume. This is the minimum amount that is recommended for adding both length and volume.
60 Pieces:
For medium to thick natural hair or for those who want ultimate length and volume. This quantity gives optimal results for seamless natural blending.

Shipping & returns
Returns Policy Due to Australian Health & Safety Laws and the personal nature of our products, refunds/exchanges are only applicable to faulty goods. As for hair extensions being classified as human products, the Health Department regulations restrict us from accepting returns of potentially tried/used hair extensions.
To qualify for a refund or replacement, the product must be returned within 7 days in UNUSED CONDITION. The seal around the wefts or the tape stuck on the top of the extensions cannot be broken or removed. All package or free gifts must be returned. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot refund or exchange extensions that had been worn, bleached, dyed or toned with any chemical, or hair colouring product.
If you need to return an item, please CONTACT US with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

We can ship to any address in Australia.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
