Do I have to finish the course in a certain time period?

No, this is a complete at your own pace course 


What if I only want to learn one method, not all 3?

You can choose which modules you complete - however the option is there for you to become certified in all 3. Remember, the more you earn the more you learn.


What is the rough profit margins/COGS so I know I can actually make a profit getting started?

I pay $200-$250 per 100grams & resell for upwards of $495. i earn between $250-$500 per hour

Why should I offer extensions?

They have a predictable time management with clients only taking from 1hr per person.

They have a great customer return rate with every client needing maintenance every 4-6 weeks.

The ability to “upsell” recommended products which also increases every clients “Average $$ Spend.”


Do I need to have any experience to do extensions ?

Absolutely not, this course Is designed for the absolute beginner. Some of my most successful students have had no industry experience at all.


Where do I buy the extensions from once im qualified?

All of the suppliers, wholesalers & manufactures I use in my business are listed in your course. Absolutely everything I do, and use are listed in an easy to follow step by step blueprint. We have suppliers listed worldwide that are tried and tested. 


What is a realistic time frame to have the course completed ?

Ive had students start from nothing and be qualified and taking clients on in 3 weeks! Others have preferred to take their time and study whilst on maternity leave or working another job. It depends on how much work you're willing to put into it.

Shipping & returns

Returns Policy

Due to Australian Health & Safety Laws and the personal nature of our products, refunds/exchanges are only applicable to faulty goods. As for hair extensions being classified as human products, the Health Department regulations restrict us from accepting returns of potentially tried/used hair extensions. 

To qualify for a refund or replacement, the product must be returned within 7 days in UNUSED CONDITION. The seal around the wefts or the tape stuck on the top of the extensions cannot be broken or removed. All package or free gifts must be returned. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot refund or exchange extensions that had been worn, bleached, dyed or toned with any chemical, or hair colouring product.

If you need to return an item, please CONTACT US with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We can ship to any address in Australia. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
