Not Satisfied with Your Purchase? No Problem!

If the color, length, or thickness doesn't meet your expectations, you can easily exchange the product within 10 days from the original purchase date.

Exchange Process

  1. Place the items you wish to return inside the original satchel received with your order.
  2. Complete the provided returns form, including your details and the desired exchange specifications. Put this form inside the satchel along with the item(s) being returned.
  3. Seal the package and drop it off at your local post office or post box. Our return address is: 13 Jenyor Street, Coolum Beach 4573
  4. Please note - only items that havent been opened from their packaging & / or installed can be exchanged.

Costs

Exchanging colors is free of charge within Australia, except for shipping costs. Please note that shipping fees apply.

Processing Time

Allow 2-3 business days for our warehouse to process and dispatch your new set upon receiving your return. You will receive an email notification once your exchange is finalized.

Refunds

Didn't Find Your Perfect Match?

To qualify for a refund, ensure that the extensions are in their original, unworn condition. For health and hygiene reasons, the extensions should not have been worn or tried on.

Processing Time

Upon receipt of your return, please allow 2-3 business days for our warehouse to process your refund or issue store credit. You'll receive an email confirmation once the process is complete.

Replacements & Faulty Items

For Faulty Products

If any product has faults, we'll replace it upon receiving the original item. A refund will only be provided if a replacement isn't available.

Refund Policy for Completed Hands-On Education

Please be aware that no refunds will be granted once the hands-on education session has been completed.

Course Transfer Policy

Courses cannot be exchanged or transferred to another individual. However, if you wish to upgrade your course to a hands-on session, this option is available should you change your preference.

Online Course Refunds

Refunds are available within 4 weeks from the date of enrollment, applicable only to the online training portion. Refunds do not cover postage and handling fees or any purchased kits.
