Nisha is an AI-powered booking and business intelligence platform built specifically for service-based businesses.

Most booking systems show you revenue.
Nisha shows you profit, performance, and what to do next.

We’re building something that doesn’t exist yet — and we’re looking for someone who understands salons and has the creative instinct to help bring this product to life.

About the Role

This is not a standard role.

You will work directly alongside the founder as a right-hand operator, helping shape how Nisha looks, feels, and functions — from product features and workflows to content and brand presence.

You’ll sit at the intersection of:

  • Salon operations
  • Product development
  • Brand and content

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Translate real salon workflows into product ideas and features
  • Help prototype and refine the user experience inside Nisha
  • Provide input on bookings, timings, pricing, and staff workflows
  • Assist with prototyping new ideas within Nisha - ensuring design & functionality are efficient for users
  • Capture and create behind-the-scenes content (founder, product, brand)
  • Design and produce content across social platforms (Reels, TikTok, etc.)
  • Contribute to website, email marketing, and brand assets
  • Identify opportunities to improve both product and brand experience
  • Work closely with the founder on daily execution and decision-making

Who This Is For

  • You’ve previously owned, managed, or worked closely within a salon
  • You’ve used booking systems like Fresha, Timely, Square, etc.
  • You understand the real pain points of running a service-based business
  • You have a strong eye for aesthetics, layout, and design
  • You’re confident creating content (filming, editing, posting)
  • You’re curious about AI, systems, and building something new
  • You move fast, think clearly, and take initiative
  • You naturally think: “this could be done better”
  • Youre a Type A worker - love organisation & assist with creating systems & processes in a fast moving environment 

You’ll Thrive If You

  • Think in systems, not just tasks
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Are creative but also highly practical
  • Are organised, proactive, and fast-moving
  • Are comfortable working closely with a founder and taking ownership

Bonus (but not essential)

  • Experience with tools like Canva, Photoshop, Figma, CapCut, Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar
  • Experience with prototyping tools (or willingness to learn quickly)
  • Experience creating founder-led or employee-led content
  • Interest in startups, tech, or product development

Create one piece of content (Reel, TikTok, or static post) for Nisha based on this concept:

This can be:

  • A short video
  • A carousel
  • A graphic

We’re looking for:

  • Taste
  • Clarity
  • Creativity
  • How you communicate ideas

Part 3: Real-Life Salon Insight (Industry Test)

Describe a moment in a salon where:

  • Things felt chaotic, inefficient, or frustrating
  • OR you thought: “there has to be a better way to do this”
