The Role

The Operations & Growth Coordinator is the heartbeat behind the scenes — the person who keeps everything running smoothly while helping us grow.

You’ll manage salon and wholesale operations, oversee fulfilment and client communication, contribute to social media and content creation, and bring structure, systems, and calm energy to our fast-moving world.

This role is designed for someone who loves organisation, cares deeply about quality, and thrives on making things better every day.

 


Responsibilities

  • Shopify fullfillment - pack & send orders, maintain accurate stock levels, manage dispatch
  • Fortnightly stocktakes - ensure alignment between physical & digital inventory
  • Client communication - responding to calls, texts, emails with warmth & professionalism
  • Social media support - assist posting stories, and scheduling content.
  • Admin & reporting - Create invoices, maintain spreadsheets, track KPIS & indentify insights.
  • Process improvement - find smarter ways to do things and streamline systems
  • Support Nisha development
