The Role

We're on the lookout for a qualified Hair Extension Technician with experience in salon or business management who can help us elevate operations and team support. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who loves being hands-on with clients and thrives in systems, strategy, and team support.

You'll deliver beautiful hair transformations while also helping coordinate the day-to-day salon experience. Working closely with our founder, you’ll support smooth operations, elevate the client journey, with the opportunity to grow into a leadership or 2IC role.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience with hair extensions (preferably multiple methods)
  • Confidence in cutting, blending, and styling extensions
  • Strong background in salon management, team leadership, or business ops
  • Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • Passionate about delivering standout client experiences & "wow" moments
  • Strong communicator who leads with kindness and initiative
  • Bonus: Experience in content creation, social media, or education
