Whats the difference between Flat tips & Keratin Bonds?
Keratin bonds are usually sold in the shape of a U, also known as U tips. These were one of the first methods on the market and are harder to customise to suit your clients hair.
Flat tips, also known as k-tips, Microbonds, Bonds... are customisable making the install easier, and offer a more discreet application.
With a melting point of 200 degrees, with the perfectly curated bond size to ensure a healthy amount of keratin to support the 1g bond, you can be confident that your installs will look flawless.

Returns Policy
Due to Australian Health & Safety Laws and the personal nature of our products, refunds/exchanges are only applicable to faulty goods. As for hair extensions being classified as human products, the Health Department regulations restrict us from accepting returns of potentially tried/used hair extensions.
To qualify for a refund or replacement, the product must be returned within 7 days in UNUSED CONDITION. The seal around the wefts or the tape stuck on the top of the extensions cannot be broken or removed. All package or free gifts must be returned. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot refund or exchange extensions that had been worn, bleached, dyed or toned with any chemical, or hair colouring product.
