✅ Important Tour Conditions & Participant Requirements

To ensure the highest-quality experience, the China Manufacturing Tour will only proceed once all available positions are filled.

This allows us to maintain small group intimacy while keeping the tour fully inclusive and affordable for all attendees.

🧾 After You Pay Your Deposit

Once your $1,000 deposit is received, & the tour is confirmed, you will be sent:

✔️ Your official tour itinerary

✔️ A full packing list

✔️ Accommodation + transport details

✔️ Pre-departure instructions

✔️ An email to submit your passport details

Your passport must have at least 6 months’ validity from the date of travel.

This is a strict requirement for entry into China.

This session will cover:

• an overview of the itinerary

This call is mandatory for all participants and will be recorded and available for watching if you cant make it.

✈️ Flight Details

All tour flights depart from Brisbane.

If you are travelling from interstate or overseas:

You will receive a $1,500 flight credit

to put toward your flight to beijing. 

Details will be sent in your welcome pack after securing your place.

💳 International Payments

For international travellers, payments can be made via:

• Bank transfer (recommended – no fees)

• PayPal (fees are added to the total)

Instructions for both options will be included in your onboarding email.
