• Hydration is key: Like your natural hair needs regular care, your extensions do too. Oil your extensions regularly and use gentle products like MUK Ultra Soft Shampoo & Conditioner. These are hair extension approved.
• Book maintenance every 4–6 weeks: This keeps up with your natural hair growth
•  Apply Leave-in conditioner before swimming: This helps protect your extensions and keep them soft, especially in salt water or chlorine.
• Plait before bed: This helps to avoid tangling.
• Avoid daily heat styling and never apply heat to the bonds.

Any products containing keratin or protein will dry out the extensions and make them feel brittle. Avoid anything that is labelled repairing and reconstructing. Check all ingredient labels or risk your hair not being covered by warranty.

You need to also be careful with sunscreen. Choose a mineral free one that DOESNT contain avobenzone and octocrylene.

Heat: Yes you can style your Hair Extensions as they are 100% Human Hair. It is recommended to always use a heat protector when styling your Hair Extensions, as you should be with your own hair too.

Colouring: Do NOT bleach. The extensions are very porous, so we advise that you do a spot test first, as the colour will vary from batch to batch.
