Standard Ticket — Shared Accommodation $16,498.90 incl. GST ($14,999 + GST)

Private Room Upgrade $19,250.00 incl. GST ($17,500 + GST)

🧾 Payment Plan

To secure your position:

April 17–24, 2027

All amounts include GST.

Booking after 16 February 2027? Full payment is due at the time of booking.

Late payments: If a scheduled payment is more than 7 days overdue and you haven't contacted us to arrange otherwise, your position may be released and your deposit forfeited.

Spots are strictly limited to 15 attendees to ensure a high-level, hands-on experience.

📅 Confirmation Date — April 2027 Tour

This tour runs subject to minimum numbers.

We will confirm in writing by Friday 27 November 2026 whether the April 2027 tour is going ahead. If we are close to minimum numbers but not quite there, we may extend the confirmation date once, to Friday 11 December 2026. You'll be told either way.

If the tour does not proceed, every dollar you have paid is refunded in full within 14 days. No conditions, no admin fee.

Please do not book personal flights, accommodation, annual leave cover or any other non-refundable travel until you have written confirmation from us that the tour is proceeding.

✈️ Travel Details

All flights depart from Brisbane.

If travelling from interstate or internationally:

• You will need to arrange your own flights to arrive in Beijing on the required date, & a $1,500 flight credit will be applied to your final invoice.
  
  

  Flight Budget Allocation:
  A flight allowance of up to $1,500 AUD per person has been allocated for return flights from Brisbane.

  If selected flights exceed this allowance, the additional amount may be payable by the attendee. Alternatively, guests may choose to arrange their own flights and request a reimbursement of up to the $1,500 AUD flight allowance toward their booking.

  Flights will be coordinated to align with the tour itinerary and group travel schedule where possible.
