Each swatch is made from premium quality hair from our signature hair extension range, so you can see the true tone, dimension and blend against your client’s natural hair.

Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

Due to Australian Health & Safety Laws and the personal nature of our products, refunds/exchanges are only applicable to faulty goods. As for hair extensions being classified as human products, the Health Department regulations restrict us from accepting returns of potentially tried/used hair extensions. 

To qualify for a refund or replacement, the product must be returned within 14 days in UNUSED CONDITION. The seal around the wefts or the tape stuck on the top of the extensions cannot be broken or removed. All package or free gifts must be returned. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot refund or exchange extensions that had been worn, bleached, dyed or toned with any chemical, or hair colouring product.

There is a $30 shipping and handling fee applied for all exchanges and returns. 

If you need to return an item, please CONTACT US with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. However we will not exchange or refund for change of mind past 14 day periods.

Education : 

Refunds are available within 4 weeks from the date of enrollment, applicable only to the online training portion. Refunds do not cover postage and handling fees or any purchased kits.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please allow 1-3 business days for orders within Australia (hair extensions) & longer for hair extension training kits depending on size of the package.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full dollar.
