Why are you limiting this to 25 salons?
We're intentionally keeping our first founding group small so every salon receives personal onboarding, support and direct access as we continue building Nisha.
Once the first 25 memberships are claimed, Founding Membership Round One closes.
There may be more founder rounds available in the future, however, this will be our lowest price ever.
What happens after my first year?
At the end of your founding year, you'll move onto Nisha's current published pricing for your selected tier.
You'll keep that rate permanently, even if Nisha prices increase in the future.
Is this a beta?
Nisha is live and ready to use.
As a Founding Member, you'll also gain access to ongoing improvements, new features and AI capabilities as they're released.

How many team members are included?
our membership includes:

Is the Scale System included?
Yes.
Founding Members receive access to the integrated Scale System at no additional cost, now or in the future.
Are AI credits limited?
No.
Founding Members receive unlimited AI and email usage throughout their membership.
Is SMS included?
No.
SMS is purchased separately on a pay-as-you-go basis.
This allows salons to only pay for what they actually use.
Do I need to change payment providers?
No.
You keep your existing EFTPOS or payment terminal.
Nisha records transactions and manages online deposits through Stripe but does not replace your merchant facilities.
What support is included?
